Maggot cultivation training to support efforts to strengthen the economy during the COVID-19 pandemic in Somongari Village, Purworejo

Somongari Village residents are currently promoting the cultivation of catfish and chicken to make up for their daily side dishes during pandemic. An alternative feed these animals that is both high in protein easy cultivate maggot. The purpose this training teach how independently breed BSF maggots save on expenditure. This carried out three stages namely: preparation, implementation, evaluation. methods used delivering material lectures, demonstrations, direct practice. Meanwhile, leaflets serve as media. results showed many 85.71% participants experienced an increased understanding maggot cultivation. activity knowledge skills cultivating animal purposes.
